The Energie-Cités Board of Director met at Växjö (SE) the 17th of June, just a few days after the Irish referendum’s No to the Treaty of Lisbon. At the same time, the barrel of petrol reached almost $140, three times dearer year on year.
Infused with that spirit, Energie-Cités has adopted several resolutions all designed to offer a link between regulatory issues and society’s expectations.

Energie-Cités, Fedarene and Philips have the pleasure to invite you to the workshop Make the switch now! during Open Days in Brussels on October 7th.
This workshop will focus on the contribution of lighting in public buildings and streets to achieving the EU’s objective of reducing energy consumption by 20% by 2020 and also focus on how much CO2, electricity and money can be saved in specific situations.
