The seventh edition of the Campaign intitled « European Mobility Week » , from 16 to 22 September 2008 is a great success for sustainable mobility in European cities.
2000 cities are participating to this initiative that aims at encouraging urban transport policies in European cities, and specially promoting alternative means of transport to the private car.
The central theme of the 2008 edition is "Clean air for all". This is the opportunity to raise the issue about the relationship between transport and air quality in city, encouraging citizens to change their mobility and communicate about the transport policy implemented in your city.
