Action on Fuel Poverty in the Community and Social Housing

Fuel poverty is broadly defined as not being able to afford to keep warm at a reasonable cost. The concept was not used in the same fashion in most other countries but has been adopted in some others. This study examines the definitions of fuel poverty and the justifications for taking action.


New Forms of Financing - Municipal Sustainable Energy Projects

The objectives of this publication are twofold:
